While I don't sleep walk, apparently I sleep talk a bit. Mates have also told me that I do things like pretend to shake peoples hands and stuff while I'm asleep. Have also had nights where I'm positive I've been sleeping with my eyes open.

I always thought it had something to with being a light sleeper or something like that.

All this sort of stuff happens in the light stages of sleep, which is why sometimes your systems don't fully shut off.
