I'm still depressed after last night.

A team made up of the worst players from the Sharks and Roosters put together would have given us a touch up. I'm going out to put some cash on the Bunnies for the spoon wgile the odds are still half decent. Another couple of games like that one and we'll be favourites for the woodwork in a few weeks time.

Rabbitohs won't 'win' the spoon. People are tipping Parra to as well but I think Haynes talent alone will keep em safe.

It's between Roosters & Sharks. At this stage I'll say Roosters. Sharks have been sh*t, but they've been competitive.

We'd have struggled to knock over our own reserve grade side last night. I wanted to put on the boots and jump the fence. At least I'd have had a crack. Watching Learoyd Lars up against our forwards was like watching a 100 kilo adult male running at a team full of 30 kilo a piece, 12 year old girls. Deadset embarrasing!

Put it this way, you're not going as bad as the Roosters, or those people on the plane that disappeared over the Atlantic ...

Right, got Merritt as my 18th man, & spent my whole salary cap, so this is the moment of truth.

Won my first 4, now lost my last 3 due to injuries.

At least the Roosters (and that flight) have bottomed out. Taylor was doing his best during that interview last night to convince everyone that we are still contenders.

We've had one decisive victory this year and the rest have all been scrape home jobs against teams that have been shown to be lacking now (Sharks, Warriors, Tigers), or teams that have been missing half their side (Knights). If it weren't for a bit of good luck, we'd be sitting with the likes of the Sharks and Roosters at the bottom of the table. I'm actually beginning to hope that we don't make the 8. A - because if we make the 8, we'll be smashed out of it in the first week of the finals anyway and B - because if we do make it, the year will be seen as a success and nothing will change. We need a new coach, Pronto!
