I might have to vist the sand-witch in a few hours for my next feed - get me a bit of a carb and protein boost and help keep the metabolism ticking over.

Just had a chicken/lettuce/light-mayo combo on whole-grain which I haven't had for ages. f**kin' decent. Will go for tuna and sweet chili sauce next.
