Can't believe people are still upset over the red card, even after sleeping on it! The commentators on the night I can understand through their passion, but we simply weren't hard done by, imo.

The replay shows the flab on Kewell's arm wobbling from where the ball hit him clearly on the arm. If his arm was by his side instead of stuck out well clear of his body, it would have been no issue. The fact he chose to stand in that position with arms extended is what makes any arm contact in the goal mouth deliberate.

Ref had no option but a red, Kewell should have known better, and had a prima donna whinge at the ref before getting off because that's the type of Lleyton-Australian icon that he is.
