I applied for a job in North Sydney just last week. Not really looking for a new job but saw this one advertised and it's a good step up so I'm having a crack. The only draw back is the location.

I work in North Sydney. I drive cos its a bitch for me by public transport. It is dead on weekends and most nights although Thursday and Friday nights are okay. I was at the Firehouse last night. So hungover this morning.

I'm pretty nervous about this one. I've never gone for a job Interview and not got the job, usually because I pick my mark pretty well. In this case, it's a huge step up. Almost a 50% payrise and a big extension on my current role. Technically, I should be looking for a job in between my current job and this one but f**k it! Jobs like this in my industry are like hens teeth so if it's upfor grabs I've got to have a crack. I'm qualified for it and will get an interview. Just depends on the quality of other candidates that go for it. If I get it, it will change my life.
