Rashad is a brilliant fighter, though I can't say I've seen any of his recent fights.

I only remember him because UFC 88 was on a while back. Pwned Liddell with a massive right midway through the second, he didn't move for a good while that's for sure.

My favourite moves would have to be, apart from the locks, the judo throws. Not least because I understand the techniques better than your average person, but moreso because it's a lot flashier than diving at an opponent, and judo is all about landing the opponent clean on his back, and being on top and in a lock in seconds.

I got into pro wrestling before MMA, so I appreciate the grappling and ground work. Seriously - when I watched the M1 fight between the Spaniard and the Dutchman and saw the Dutchy lock in a guillotine choke, I marked the F out.

But UFC is the sh*t.

Rashad is an awesome fighter. I'm not sure if I like him or not, but I respect his considerable ability.

Funniest thing is 9 times out of 10 the douche that puts it over the speakers puts it on when Parra doesn't need it. As in, they're even on the scoreboard or even leading, or they're behind by 50.
