94: What are you eating right now?

Well i got IBS last year. So if i eat meat, wheat or drink alcohol i get sick. Cutting wheat out of my diet as cut out a lot of unnecessary carbs as well as i've only drunk alcohol like 4 times this year.

I don't really exercise much, i walk to and from the bus stop every day and i'm on my feet all day for work, that's about it.

I'm pretty lazy, so i just really cut down on how much i eat.

I've lost about 12kg and 2 dress sizes.

I'm hopefully on the right track then. I'm loosely following the Weight Watcher's plan (although I don't have the book like I did last time) and walking about 2km per day. Hopefully that'll start to show in a few weeks. Moving meant I unearthed a lot of clothes I hadn't seen for ages, and most don't fit atm.

I was shopping for skirts on my recent trip to Sydney. I found a really nice one and tried it on, the store lady told me to try on a smaller size, when it fit i was over the moon.

It's done wonders for my confidence.

Just don't fall into the trap I did. After about five or six weeks of dieting, a lot of people (even ones I didn't see regularly) began to notice and I let it get to my head. "Just one cheeseburger" turned into "I can have pizza" and got me back to square one and then some. I went from 96 to 87 and I'm just coming down from being at 100 earlier in the year now.

It's an awesome feeling, though. I look forward to experiencing it again soon.

I've been slowly losing weight for about 7 months. If i start to put it back on my mum wont hesitate to tell me so hopefully i wont fall into that trap.

Well back to what i had for dinner...I also had an ice cream

:( I had light yoghurt, it's not so bad. I'm going to need to find some healthy dessert and snack options soon, though. There's only so long I can last on yoghurt and rice crackers :lol:

Those things are terrible for you. May say low fat or whatever, but have a look at the sugar content it'll turn into fat if you don't burn it all off. So many people don't understand that.

Leftover chinese food, fried rice, mongolian beef, pork spare rib in plum sauce, garlic prawns, chicken chow mein, honey sesame chicken :D
