Weird you mention it but Rick Stein was on tele before over here, on his france roadshow cooking Toulouse Sausage with caramelised onions. yum yum!!!!

Weird you mention it but Rick Stein was on tele before over here, on his france roadshow cooking Toulouse Sausage with caramelised onions. yum yum!!!!

I watch him every night here, at the moment they are doing his Seafood journey and man can he cook up some seafood :shock: He did this spider crab dish last night that had me drooling....had to run off and get the missus to get my dinner, wasn't anything as good as that though ;-)

I love that Italian cook on SBS. Forget his name but he's probably in his 60's and has curly silver hair and goes around Italian village cooking local dishes.

Some fo the stuff is simply mouth watering

the pizza he did himself the other night here on BBC with a bed of onions, anchovie strips in diagnols, pepper, salt and sweet olives looked quality!!!, even though I aint a fan of olives!
