I added a couple of mung beans and lentils to the curry instead of snow peas and sprouts, was so yummy as they absorbed the curry and coconut flavours

BBQ chook, the wife was working nightfill at Woolies and got 2 chooks for $5 as they cleared them out....bargain and nice and moist still! Along with that is Alfredo pasta and peas with melted butter
