I will take that loss, as we just won so many fans with it, the crowd were chanting Sharks, we got so many people now us as there 2nd team.

In wrestling terms we just turned from Heel to Face

Very sad to lose that one but very proud of the club, the young boys and the cash we picked up.

A hugely successful two days imo.

Spot on. Needed to get some good vibes going into the season. The forwards will be strong but we saw some decent players out wide which should make us a more complete side.

You have to wonder what a knock on is now

Can't complain really. That drop out we recovered and eventually score from, never went the distance.

Was great to watch the whole weekend with no video ref. Pretty much all the ref stuff ups evened out for the most part. I would be quite happy to see the end of the video ref.

That went the 10m imo, Ayshford's feet were just behind the line at the start of his step and reaches forward to collect it, so you would imagine it crossed it, or was at least above it.
But it was great to have constant flowing matches with no 3-4 minute breaks. The half time buzzer in the golden try period probably didn't help us, sure we got a breather but Bunnies had time to set a defence as well.

Proud of the effort given the glut of possession the Bunnies had. Think it was 5 drop outs and a 40/20 in what 25 mins of footy. Felt like the possession was 70% plus to Souths. Augers well for the regular season if we keep showing that much heart.

I reckon Nu Brown would have been the difference. He had a great tournament.
Hope he hasnt suffered too much damage.

I realise its only a bit like glorified touch football, but if that is an indication of our attitude in 2015, I am pumped for the season to start. Our kicking game may be a concern but he young guys have enormous potential and I think Bird & Holmes will definitely be starters before very long. Overall a great week-end and immensely proud of the boys.
