A bad time at the Warriors?

In relation to our recruitment for next season (and whether or not people like coming to Auckland) who has come to Warriors and really disliked their experience with us?

Starting in '95 there's often talk of Alexander not liking it but I hear different from him.

But his problem was that he couldn't make it anywhere.

The point I'm making is that a few years ago a well publicised NRL player poll had the Warriors last on where players would like to go. However, once here most tend to enjoy it.

I hope Friend's ok, he looks disgusted with the team in the latter half of this season.

Haha. Which by rights, means Inu didn't either.

He openly admits to missing his team mates. But yeah, an unhappy missus is murder. As for Ms Inu, I'd like to see her live in Newcastle, Townsville, Brisbane or Canberra...or even Manly. She seems 'so Sydney'...or the Gold Coast. Good luck to her.

Already written off 2013

Maloney said it would have been the last place he would have seen himself but he's apparently enjoyed his time here

He looks like he's enjoyed it, gets on well with the guys and they seem to like him too.

If he'd got at least one of the those conversions in last year's GF (which seems a long time ago now!) he might have enjoyed it even more.

12-18, with five minutes to go, and Manly are even more nervous.

At 12-18, I dream about a 77th minute converted try near the posts...18 all.

Manly, not risking a short kick off, then kick deep. Inu fields it and goes on another slalom run up to half way (doesn't knock on this time when finally tackled), then a settler from Luck, some good, quick metres from Matulino, then Lillyman, then Hohaia darts up field, on six Jimmy is set up for the field goal on F/T (right in front of the Manly fans).

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

James Maloney. Said the Warriors were the last club he'd sign for but when he was getting no game time in Melbourne and no other clubs interested he signed with us.

He didn't actually say no other clubs were interested. He said he instructed his agent to find a club where he would get first grade time.

It's understandable Aus guys not wanting to come to Nz, but Auckland is a better town/climate than Melbourne & Canberra (unless you like being really cold) and also Townsville (unless you like being really hot). I guess that's what those guys discover when they actually come over.
