a good read

ok i went to the local libary yesterday to get some books on england......
well after five mins i founfd my self looking at the rugby league books....
there were not many there.

so i decided to get one league book and rest to be on england....

the book i got on rugby league was "SUPER LEAGUE, the inside story"

so far it is very good. it was wriiten by Mike Colman, he also wrote; "FATTY - the strife and time of Paul Vautin"

while watching the carols in the domain i decided to start on this book.

well i got right into it. befor i knew it i was up to the third chapter and the carols were almost over... the chapters are very big!!!

there are a whole 2 chapters about the knights.... can not wait to read them!!!!

but what got me is that this book was first published in 1996.......

we won the ARL grand final in 1997 and if i am right brisbane won the super league grand final in 1997...... i thought that would have been a big part in this book about having a ARL and Super League grand final in the same year....... but it wasn't coz the book only goes up to june 6th 1996

it is a good read and i think anyone who likes to read about our game should read this book.

there is one bad thing about the book rebecca wilson is mentioned in the book

I have read the book. :shock:

It is a great read.

It is a lead up to the start of the League War.

It goes though the behind the scenes of both organisations.

lol no.... but there might be a version like that ....

i just got through the chapters about the broncos..... not too interesting....oh and a whole chapter about pay tv.....
