Is he still playing in England. Probably a bit old now, but he would have been absolutely perfect about three years go.

Still playing at Warrington (currently 2nd/3rd in the ESL or thereabouts) and still playing very well. Only 30.

I still rate him and would love to have him here.

I personally like the look of that Kevin Kingston bloke from Penrith. I hear he was off contract at the end of last season and the Panthers got him for a song.

I heard that Parra players even offered a pay cut, but there was no "legal" way possible to get him under the cap.

Yet every other day on here some genius is suggeting we even drove him up the M4.

I still reckon Heath L'Estrange, who is playing in the UK, would be a nice pick up at a decent cost. He and Kingston have pretty similar games, in my opinion.

Guys like Wing, and even Monaghan, would cost us the world.

I like everyone else here are very concerned with the current form of our halves and hookers and there's no easy quick fix or solution but lets just say for arguement sake that KK is signed for next year, if we bring in another hooker into the squad can we afford to carry 4 hookers and 3 halves? or do we tell Robo that at his last season with the club he'll be playing half at NRL or for Wenty opening another position for a hooker??

it's not as easy as just going out and buying Isaac De Gois or whoever when we currently have Robo, Mitch and Keats still under lock and key.

TBH, I would not sign KK just yet.

With Mortz signed and Humble too, there is no urgency to do what you mentioned 4 hookers and 3 halves who are all learning.

I would say that KK, Mortz, Humble are all neck and neck and interchangeable at present. We can even throw Robson into that mix.

So sorry KK. You should've signed before Mortz had.

Just like MK signed before Kingston had.

well I'm not sure whether KK had a choice really, but regardless as much as I love Krip, maybe we do need to hold out a bit longer.

I would prefer 4 halves and 3 hookers in the squad, if it means Robo going back to an organiser role to get that extra hooker than so be it.

why? don't you rate them?

Yeah right Stags, it is just a ridiculous posting because you very well know that they are all un-signable options for us and just a fantasy. But hay if you want to dream go right ahead, who am I to be the dream police.

Note to Casp: No Dream Police photos please, way to obvious. :)

In my opinion, we need a wrecking ball forward before another hooker or half/five-eighth. Someone like, for argument's sake, Sika Manu, Frank Pritchard, that Tupou fella from the Cowboys...Someone who is going to run up at 100% power and hurt their opponents, at the same time getting us great momentum.

After a hit-up from said player, Manah, Fui, Poore, Shack, etc. would lap it up. And I honestly think our hookers would benefit from it, and our talented, young, erratic halves would, too.

But then, I'm not the coach, and I trust Daniel Anderson completely.

Which is precisely the reason that we should not sign Kris Keating.

Would be no great loss imo. Humble showed Friday night again that he can handle first grade, and that in the coach's eyes he has jumped ahead of Mitchell in the back up hooker stakes.
