Guys, sorry for my belated response but I need to throw in my two cents worth.
During the day, the company I work for have a ban on ninemsn communites which means I can only access LWOS outside work hours and when I get home, I'm usually up to my ears in website stuff. Nature of the beast with a growing site. This is something beyond my control and we doknow ninemsn will eventually start charging $$$ for these communities. They have already started by charging people for extra memory on their hotmail accounts.
There is a new forum sitting idle with exactly the same forums as the current front row and Willow, Ozbash and myself agreed we will transfer the post count of all members to the new forums as well as as many threads as we can so no one will have to start from scratch.
I like the current front row but I'm not fussed on some of the more "gimmicky" things the php forums have to offer, the main two being private messaging and signature files. But, I feel I am in the minority and a lot of people will utilise the extra features the php forum has to offer.
Another very important factor that cannot be overlooked is the site issues we had with our hosting company over the ASP forum a few weeks back. We have virtually been guaranteed a php forum will load faster and have no coding or "leakage" issues.
I hope that answers a few questions guys.
