A positive thread for the real supporters

I invite all the 'real' supporters to post their positive comments regarding the Tigers' performance.

1. Rhys Hanbury played well.
2. Royce and Sheensy returned home.
3. The team looked good running around in the striking orange jerseys.

We clawed back a 10 point defecit, again... Can't expect to go on and win them all when you give away a start like that.

It was good to see so many Wests fans at Penny Park.

Each time I vow never to return there, invariably following a monumental defeat, however I end up making the 1hr trip down the motorway. And for that? Call it masochism.

*Galloway scored his first try in nearly two years.
*Hanbury is good, I could tell when he played for us last year, I think he made a line break with his first touch in Tigers colours.
*It's more than likely that Tuiaki will still be leading the top tryscorers list at the end of the round.
*That performance might inspire some changes.
*Gallant might get a run next week (but it sucks that it's at the expense of one of our only decent halves).
*The NYC team won.
*If Farah had have signed with the Titans, we wouldn't win a game in the next millennium.

Get the rod out of your arse. Noone's suggesting pessimists aren't real supporters.

Anyway only real positive from last night was the cheap jugs imbibed after the loss.

Awful performance to let Penrith put 42 points on us.

Much better than most of the negative nellies on here thought.

After round 2, it was the end of the season for many of our 'supporters'

Most of the players had already been written off...glass half empty thinking.

Morris has gone better than a C plus..very solid.

I couldn't be bothered to trawl through to find other examples but I thought this one manifested that sanctimonious attitude that only those remaining positive are genuine supporters.

very, very disappointing performance, especially after our effort against easts last week. these are the kinda games we need to win if we're any chance of making the finals.

F*ck off you moron. The real supporeters are the ones who are sick of their club being turned into the complete joke that we are.

Anyone who can be positive about our current situation isn't a real fan, a real fan wouldnt accept it.

We showed excellent ballplay in patches, once we can get the defence in order we'll be a top notch team. We were outplayed by a superior team, of course it's disapppointing, but if we imprive there's no shame.

That, in my opinion, is more bullsh*t than anything. You may be frustrated with the performances, but they're still your team, and if you can't stick with them through the good and bad, well I'd doubt your commitment as well.

I'd question the commitment of someone who sees their team get belted off the paddock and doesn't get frustrated by it. Or who isn't upset when they miss several finals series in a row.

Getting upset and frustrated is one thing, someone saying they don't care about the Tigers anymore because of what is going on is another thing entirely. Reading stuff like that makes me wonder about some people. Of course I get frustrated at the way we can't tackle, but I'll never turn my back.

It was tongue in cheek mate. I don't post here very often, although in the past and as early as 2006 I've been accused of being pessimistic about the coaching staff/ club's direction etc... I was just making a jibe at some of the people who claim real supporters wouldn't criticise the club, or at least to the extent that we do.

and we ship our best defender off to England.

Don't know about that exactly. A big heart but ultimately too small to be playing first grade lock. Always found it weird that they did not bulk him up.
