All Blacks v Ireland tonight

Fox Sports

5:30pm AEST/ 7:30pm NZT time

Going to be interesting to see how the AB's go. I'll expect them to be a bit rusty and all that. Getting combos together...etc. Ireland will pose a few questions and should put somem pressure on defense and attack, but AB's to win, maybe not comfortably but enough

Go AB's!!

Yeah I think the AB's may be a bit rusty on the basis that there are a few new combinations to work on and the Irish are coming off some success with their Munster dominated pack winning the European Cup.

I'll say NZ 1-12

The ABs will be rusty but Ireland have been awful in the last 12 or so months so I expect the ABs to win quite easily. ABs 13+.

Boks to win easily at home. A team that is used to playing under ELV's should blow a side that isn't off the park - even under the old laws. + altitude/home factor for South Africa.

How frigging cold was Welly tonight!! Shessh! Poor guys!

Good victory for the Ab's. Not quite as rusty as I thought they were, but, its only the first game of the year so they can only get better.

Now let's beat England next week!

Just got back from the stadium... that is the coldest wetest i have been in in years... 30K in those conditions was outstanding...game was as good as it was going to get in that much wind and rain... hope its dry in Auckland next week

Yep lets hope Auckland weather turns out good next weekend.

What did you guys make of the ref? There is always a bit of confusion, I find between the Northern and Southern Hempisphere refs

Good solid win considering all the factors, weather abysmal, less than a week together, going back to a different set of rules etc. Ireland always put up a good showing against the ABs as well

But, as expected, all the doom and gloom i won't support them merchants are out again this morning from what i have read and heard
