WHy are they suddenly celebrating their 150 years? I sense it was done on purpose.

If the AFL add is supposed to get people interested in the game I don't think it is working. 20,000 at the Swans game Sunday and 70,000 watched on TV. Numbers that seem a bit low to me.
Also 8,000 Sydney viewers for the Geelong v Essendon game. Based on those figures I don't think a second AFL team for Sydney would be a good idea.
