I think the Eagles vs Crows clash will certainly be the one to watch and while the Eagles are missing some firepower, they have had the wood on the Crows recently.

Melbourne will be my 'lock' of the round.

I might get called up next week.. dropping like flies.

:(

Pretty much spot on mate, but remember ... 3 months ago we had the Bandwagoners beat till Thirsty (Especially) and Schulz went down.

This was the Sydney game all over again, Gas & Chubs pull out and we get trounced. No way that pig of a man Gherig kicks 10 on Darren.

The most interesting game was the one over in Perth last night ... Are West Coast that good .... Or an inevitable slip by Adelaide?

West Coast has now won five of its last six against Adelaide. I suspect Adelaide was due for a loss, but its also clear that they don't match-up all that well against the Eagles.

Yeah, before the game started i knew it would be hard to keep with them and knew that if we let them get out to a 30 point or so lead that it could turn ugly.

It infuriates me to see Gehrig kick 10 when even plugger didn't ever kick a bag against us. Atleast Milne did crap all against us, for once.

Cam, what ones do you think they got wrong? Simmons is lucky he only got 1 week. Stafford is a tad unlucky but he was going to get 1 or 2 weeks. Raines got a reprimand. I think they got them all about right really.

When this new tribunal system first came in I said it would be a shocker and subsequent events have proven me 100% correct.

Under the old system, commonsense would have prevailed and Simmonds & Baker would have got nothing more than a reprimand, at worst.

The tribunal system lost touch with any sense of legitimacy when it outed Vandenberg for four matches earlier this year.

The big whine regarding the old system was the issue of consistency.

Under the new world order, however, all we get are consistently bad rulings across the course of a season.

Its a joke!

Under either system the really nasty offensces would get picked-up and dealt with. If anything, however, you're likely to get more leniently dealth with for a harsh offence under the new system. To make matters worse, under this new nonsense, you can be guaranteed to be more harshly dealt with for relatively trivial offences.

Actually, they are going to take the rising star award away from Andrew thanks to a bullsh*t charge, as well as wiping out our entire ruck department.

Richmond are going to get spanked by 200 points on Saturday :(
