Has anyone else purchased AFL Premiership 2005?
I got my copy on the weekend and made a start on a full season last night.
Its good fun, although the player graphics leave a bit to be desired and, as is the norm, the commentary function invariably gets out of synch with what is occuring on the paddock.
LOL. I'm thinking there could also be a glitch in the system that arrives at Brownlow votes for each game.
I currently have Hawthorn winning 3 out of 3 games, but 16 of the possible 18 votes available across these games have gone to non-Hawthorn players.
FFS... I had Hawthorn roll Essendon by 128 points, with Luke Hodge knocking -up possessions through the middle and kicking 7 raking running goals from outside 50, but he still couldn't snare a vote???!!! Dustin Fletcher got the 3 votes for conceding 5/3 at fullback?!
It also talks about trading & drafting opportunites at the end of the season. I'm not sure how this will work?
Anyhow, I'd be interested to see what others think of the game if they have it.
