He is very very fast.
He could give any of ours a twenty metre head start and beat them easing up,

We have the juniors to come through. We just need to assist them with planning and individual skills training. I said under another thread that I believe Zac Lomax is ready to take up a wing position - replace Macdonald. He is big and fast, He has good reads in defence and can kick goals and field goals.

Dugan is going and should be moved to the centers now and blood Dufty.
It has been mentioned before to have Dufty play fullback when we are attacking and switch with Dugan when defending.
It won't happen. McIdiot always says...Moving forward.. So it's time for our coach to move firward.

And this is what most of us don't get. For most of last year Mary could have blooded players at no real cost given we had nothing to lose but we didn't have players deemed ready. This year there are players earmarked for first grade and they either get no chance or limited minutes. This is despite the opportunities being there, confidence showing(at least in the early rounds) & Mary getting his contract. What will it take to see some new talent given a decent shot??

Ongoing lack of financial growth with the club - Doust responsibility as CEO.
