All time favourite Shark?

I know this thread gets a run every year but new posters, new favs..

For me I honestly think it has to be my man crush Paul Gallen. He became the man in my eyes when he started being crazy in 2002 and got that suspension. I don't know why but I just took an instant liking to him,a variety of Gallen style avatars ever since. He has been with our club since the Lang days and through thick and thin this guy has just talked about how much he loves the joint. He will go down as one of not only the best sharks ever but one of the most passionate.

When you hear stories like the one about him pre game against the roosters last year it just makes you love him even more. Plus the fact the rest of the world can't stand him! I didn't think anyone would over take ET and Peach for me but Gallen has well and truely. One of my favourite moments in footy was watching him playing for Australia in person in london.

Long live the Gall!

Miller just in front of Peach, Preston and Sludge.

Loved Hatch, Porter and Dimond as well.

Growing up it was ET. He was by far our best player when I was growing up. He was closely followed by the Rat, Peach. Of the forwards I loved watching Nick Graham and Nathan Long go about their business as well.

Danny Lee, Dane Sorenson, ET

I remember the one time that Danny Lee went to the judiciary (IIRC a high tackle) and the whoever it was in charge pipes up... "If I could, I would have given you only a 1/2 match suspension"

Mr Bishop for mine, by a big mile.

Lots of others I enjoyed also. But most from the bygone era, and for reasons I just don't know what I liked about them... Kneen, Sorensen, Les, Big Cliffy, Slippery Arms McMartin.

Enjoyed the smart ones too, the great Sludge, Miller, ET, Sparkles, Peach, Pierce...

Arrhhhhhhh the memories. Tis nearly time that the good times started to roll round again. Cause Ive got 50cents more then I need to keep.

Cheers

epitomises what this club has meant to me over the years. Characters one and all. A visit to shark park was always met with trepidation by opposing sides knowing full well they were in for a battle to the end win lose or draw.

I have to admitt, when I was young and first started to support the sharks Matt Rogers was by far my favourite player. I was so gutted when he went to RU.

Currently I can't single out 1 shark. I love the whole team now especially with Hughes, Simmons and Kimmorley gone :D.
