tomahawk this isnt a dig or anything like that its just that people in the amnrl i have spoken to need some clarification on the 2007 season. people feel there needs to be a posotive step forward in the details that you released.

teams need to know about fixtures asap so they can organise funds for travel etc.
the southern division need clarfiication on what teams are going to be participating i.e the new team in the philly suburbs, the fairfax eagles.
is media going to keep going or are there plans to strengthen there team.
who is going to run the new look amnrl.

i know this may seem like its early and premature but dont forget a lot of players and officials from various clubs will be off with union commitments very soon.

If people are concerned they need to direct their concerns to Dave Nui.

What is the younger generation looking like? Do most teams develope younger players (17-21) or do more expereinced guys dominate this league? Glen Mills had a ton of guys, many of them must of been young and eager to step up.

I can tell you that the Wildcats have 3 players that are under 21 years old and are tremendous talents. One prop, 2nd row, and a utility back. They have played the last two seasons, have all started numerous games and one is quikly emerging as top 2nd rower in the AMNRL. We also have several other kids in this age group who are developing.

I know Spinner had a couple of young guys playing for the Axeman. One of them has some real talent.

I talked to Dave Niu today and he is still the head guy at the moment. Although I do see a change in there being more "heads" involved to form a kind of board of directors, David Niu will still be VERY much involved and he will still be THE MAN in the AMNRL.
He IS the father of American Rugby League as we know it today.

Are Tomahawk and David Nui one and the same person?
definately not. I like to think David might still read the forum, but he hasn't posted in years.

No Dave and Tomahawk are not the sme person. Also Dave does not read any of the stuff posted.

I used to work with Dave at Glen Mills, and have been playing with Dave on the Glen Mills Bulls for the past 4 years.
