Dead Pelicans defeat Jacksonville 20-16 to win the National Championships.
Although there was a few hiccups along the way, it seems like it was the most structured and wide-reaching US season we've had for a while.
Well done to all involved...now hopefully the remaining teams rejoin under the banner.

I think having the regional championship structure is certainly the way to go. Keeping local rivalries up, and most importantly...keeping travel costs down!

Yeap and whilst I can respect the USARL taking an olive branch approach with the RLU in the hope they'll affiliate next season, it's a terribly poor way to treat the PCRL.

Agreed.
The only other thing I can imagine being a factor is if theyve decided Not to pick anyone mainly affiliated with union clubs? Pure speculation, just wondering.

?, confused by this???. Last I saw Seattle gets around 4,000 consistently and San Diego had over 11,000 for their home opener.

The highest crowd in MLR history is 11k, Seattle get decent crowds but others get 250/500 fans.

The official crowd average for the 2023 MLR season was 1.1k
