The club got Head because the season tickets were selling like holidays to Iraq. There was general unrest due to the lack of activity in the player market so the plan was buy Head generate some much needed interest.

Sheens see Head as insurance at best for first choice Johnny Cronk in the no7. He would dearly love to get through the season without calling on Head's services in first grade and I doubt he will let ten shockers from Johnny change his thought process. One can look at many examples over the past few decades where Shines has stuck by the odd player who couldn't cut the mustard.

If Morris Head and Benji are all fit, I'd put Morris on the bench.

Our forwards need to defend better and more consistently week in to help protect our halves from doing too much work in defence.

The Broncos were one of the best teams going around in the mid to late 90's and their halves were sh*thouse defenders.

The forwards looked after them.

That's what our forwards need to do.

The less defence our halves do, the more juice they'll have in attack. It's a simple concept, but our forwards aren't playing as a smart unit, which they need to do when they are one of the lightest packs in the competition.

The recruitment of Morris as a half and the ongoing selection of him in the halves after halfway through last season is criminal.

He is no better then a spot on the bench at best.
