Once Sully came on we looked much better in attack.
Hunt then played like a sook and only got to dummy half only for plays 5 and 6,while walking around lost for the first 4 plays on many occasions.
When interviewed by Lara at the end of the game his comments about the teams performance was a disgrace
"not NRL standard" he said.
IMO nothing different from every other week so why say that today ?
IMO that comment is suggesting he feels the performance was not NRL standard cause he was moved from half and did not run the show.

The Tigers game went as I expected but like some have commented, I thought we looked so much better with Bud at half. I wonder why it hasn't been suggested earlier?? There were sweeping backline movements in attack and how sweet were his two trys? For the first time in a long time, I actually enjoyed two brief moments of Dragons play. In saying that, I don’t blame the players. We are so far behind other teams playing skills it's embarrassing. So long Hook.

I'm with you, I thought Amone should have been developing in NSW Cup 12mths ago.. but someone has to play @6.. and I would enjoy seeing if a combination could develop between him and Bud.. see if part of the issue has been being outside Hunt..

Amone has been in first grade an entire year now. He’s terrible. Quite literally a passenger. That’s probably why Griffin keeps picking him. The duds seem to be his favourites.

Many of us predicted the spoon was headed our way this year and were criticised for being negative but it was obvious we were on the path to this ever since the board kept Griffin on after the end of last season. It was so easy to see that this was a rabble of a team going backwards under a dinosaur of a coach whom the modern game has passed by....Meanwhile the board just sat back and let it happen while collecting their fat pay checks. This mess is on their heads. And it was completely avoidable had they had the balls to act on this in 2022.

Agree and the very same people are in charge of appointing a new coach after Hook. Doesn’t exactly inspire me with confidence. While on the subject of a new coach, has anyone heard anything other than rumours about who we’re chasing? So far that’s all we get rumours.

Tbf, this se4ason doesn't seem any different to me than the last couple of seasons apart from now we are losing the close games rather than winning them. Winning a majority of our close games against teams around us over the last couple of years, masked where we were at in reality.
