Don't do it. Don't demand blokes getting dropped because they missed a few tackles. Don't demand blokes getting dropped because they don't bust the line enough. Don't think blokes should get dropped because they get found out in certain areas of their game.
Everyone has a weakness, and everyone has a bad game. Even Johns had an ordinary kicking game today. A reoccuring theme is not 3 games in a row. If your going to demand players get dropped, at least have good reasons why the back up would do so much better. Everyone aside from the greats like Johns and Beds have flaws in their game, learn to be patient and realise the difference between costing us week after week and being a mere 'room for improvement'.
