Like or dislike?

Why or why not?

I'm interested because he seems to fly under the radar when it comes to people bagging the Footy Show.

Is that because he's well liked or because he's not as big a target as Gould or Vautin because he has never laced on a boot?

He can articulate his point across well, so he doesnt sound like an idiot

He doesnt have an agenda

He isnt there for humour

Thats probably why he isnt targeted like the rest, but Gould has been good for the last 2 weeks

Like is probably too strong but he doesn't sh*t me like Gould sometimes does. I think someone like Gould gets an emotion one way or the other, love him or hate him. I think the Footy Show is getting better and has almost the right mix at the moment but in saying that I still enjoy The Sunday Footy Show more and also think Vossy is better and more relaxed on the Roast.

Im a huge fan of his, couldnt care less if he's played before or not. He asks the tough questions and won't put up with people giving him (and us) bullsh*t wishy washy answers.

I don't like him. He continually talks on top of other panel members... and when they are allowed to have their say he interrupts them and does the same. I find him rather arrogant. If you're going to express an opinion than fair enough, but at least allow others to express theirs at the same time.

The thing I like about him is his interest and support of the game.

I don't particularly agree with him, I can find him annoying sometimes but I think he has gone away from talking underwater something a guy like Warren Smith still does.

His angle works because he always comes from a "supporter/advocate of the game" So he tends to work on the angle the voice of the people.

I like him.

he talks a bit too much, likes the sound of his own voice but he's likeable. Can be quite humorous at times and loves the game. Often sticks it to other codes as well.

He interrupts Vautin because it's not worth listening to what Vautin has to say half the time.

All TFS has to do now is swap Fatty for Sterlo, run with a panel of Gould, Magnay (if it works out), Sterling and Voss ... and it will be sweet.

I don't care. What's the point of having a panel of opinions if only certain members are allowed to have their say?

Its hard to say, I like him for the same reason I dislike him. He sounds like a Forumite.

He has his opinion, asks the tough questions and brings up things that the rest of the panel wouldnt. But he dose put down suggestions and opinions of other pannel members to often. I would keep him there, but it would be good if he could lose that smugness about him.

Magnay has to go since writing that bullsh!t about Tony Zappia. She makes an utter fool of herself on the Footy show because she has no idea what the fans that watch the footy show want to hear. She writes about things that non NRL fans read about, but NRL fans couldn't really give a damn about. NRL fans, mainly on this forum, only care about how she makes the game look to the rest of the country, not the actual article.

Making those serious accusations against Tony Zappia were disgraceful. Her credibilty is next to 0 now and its clear that Footy Show fans dont want her. Bring in another chick that loves the game and has a clue about it to. Surely there is some one out there.

Don't mind him.He is passionate about the game and the international side.
Gould is articulate, but I find him as annoying as "a fart in a lift" and a bit full of himself .Fatty is a flip fullstop, living on past memories.
Sterlo/Voss/Kenny Sutcliffe should be part of the panel.

The male model from mudgee, old sexy eyes himself. You are kidding me. Kenny on a League panel. Hold the phone. I would try and get Andrew Denton. Probably won't happen so Sterlo, Vossy, Gus and someone beside Magnay. What about TK.

Some traits of his are annoying, no doubt about that at all.

However, I like the bloke. It's so f**king refreshing to see people in RL media who aren't meathead ex-players. I have been watching and commenting on RL my whole life, and studied journalism with the sole focus of going into sports reporting after I graduated a few years ago.

The bonehead boys club that exists in RL media in this country is horrible. Voss is a nice change and IMO there should be more like him - guys and girls who know what they're talking about, but have actually studied in how to talk, how to write and how to get their arguments and points across.

Listen to Laurie Spina or Luke Davico, among many more, on ABC Grandstand and then try and tell me why a young journalism graduate would be a poor choice to replace them!
