So far this season, The Wests Tigers have:
*won at North Qld
*won 2 in a row
*the 3 in a row

What do you think the chances are of
*that 1st win in Mexico, and
*4 in a row?

I reckon they can do it! The combinations seem to be starting to work, there seems to be an air of confidence, but not over-confidence or c0ckiness.

Roll on Saturday night, and GO THE TIGES!!!

Huh :?:

  I was thinking the same thing

Anyways this year appears to be our record year

As Suzie said first win away from home against the cowgirls
3 in a row
Record crowd last week for the JV
Winning something be it the World 7's

The platform has been laid down for the rest of the season

4 in a row would be another whilst at the same winning in Melbourne would be another

and of course the best one of all Making the finals at the end of the season !!!!

this year the team has gone from strength to strength..
but i'd still like to see us in the semi's.. but also beat the rabbitohs.. we've overcome a few of the other teams we've struggled against in the past.. they are one hurdle that we have to get over

I give ourselves an awesome chance of beating Melbourne but really, it will depend what Melbourne side turns up. They can be a real Jekkyl and Hyde sort of team. Olympic Park is a very hard place to win at so we'll need all the luck we can get.

I think the South's hurdle is a very big one to be honest and playing them in round 22 before the bye could be an indication on where we will finish at seasons end!

We've never kept a team to zero.....I knew we had three on the trot in the bag, was hoping to break that "0" record as well and it looked like we would until Fitzy fell for Witts dummy.

ooooohhhhhhhh.

There's still a lot of "firsts" to do, but the team has knocked over quite a few this season.

Nice one Innsaneink.

I think we'll win tomorrow. Whenever we've been on a roll in other seasons, we grind to a halt. I don't think that will happen this time.

3 years ago the melbourne game and the injury to McCracken changed our season.

let's hope this year's melbourne game is a springboard to bigger and better things .

both teams on a roll--shuld be a cracker-the battle of the halves-on paper and being their home ground-melbourne would be favourites--but had a feeling about the dogs last night and have that same feeling about our mob-we gave it to the eels last week, without playing really well-this week if we lift it a cog-we are a real chance--ithis is a big one,if we are going to make the semi.need at least 6 more wins and this is one of them

Both teams have won three on the trot but i think the Tigers form has been significantly better than Melbourne.Apart from their win against the Knights the Storm have been fairly avergae of late despite winning 3 in a row.We will not get a better chance to win 4 in a row and i think we can do it.

Well well well! Melbourne i agree have been out of form and were out of form in the second half against knights but only in attack. Since we had 3 backs injured and still playing, geyer, bell and orford. Our first half was superb in attack and honestly if our defence holds up our attack should be fine at home. Im sorry to break it to you, i thought at first it was going to be a close game, but the more i think about it, Melbourne could beat the tigers by 20 if they show up to play. We need our forwards and scott hill, slater and orford to shine. If that happens bye bye tigers, otherwise yes it will be a close game. Goodluck fellas, im enjoying seeing the tigers reap their successes, they deserve it, so hopefully they can shine tonight and show they are a threat, as long as they dont beat us. :D

I cant disagree with anything youve said there.Melbourne are a better team and if they turn it on we will be on our heels. But you can guarentee the Tigers will be giving it straight back to Melbourne and not giving away an inch. One thing they cant afford to do is concentrate to heavily on Marshall. This will just open up space for the likes of Prince and Hodgo. This has brought a few undone so far this season.

Just hope the ref (Mander) cracks down on them if they continue to cheat and work the opponents head.
I was thinking if they persisted with this crap, we should just stay down and force the ref to take action, but we'd get no go forward whatsoever.
Hopefully Finch aint playin with his pee pee and his refs WILL watch this crap that Melb call tackling, carefully. :|
