As much as i'd love for it to be Morris, and I'd hate to bring semantics into the equation, but It was been stated that the player is looking to get a release from his contract. As it stands, O'Hara is still contracted to the Tigers as we speak.

I have massive doubts that Morris or Payne will get released.
