Inu with a 10m start cannot get further than 50metres. Mateo, dropping the ball as per usual with attempted "dream passes"!

NZ commentators are not very complimentary to the two ex-eels.

72 min: Mateo breaks down field and offloads to Fisiiahi, Inu put in to score. Maloney conversion successful.

Good to see Fatty Mateo topping the stats sheet for errors, he is very consistent.

No great loss to lose Mateo or Inu despite a mixed start to the year for Parramatta.

They are pretty much the same as there were with us......rocks or diamonds.

Wouldn't complain if we had kept them, equally not fussed we let them go.

I still remember the "inu is just as talented as hayne " posts hehehe

Good times

To be fair, Inu might not be as talented as Hayne, but is a very talented player.

Exceptionally weak mentally though.

Could probably say the same for Mateo - justnot strong enough mentally to make the right decisions of how/when/where to use his talent!

I`d say that Mateo is probably not teachable, either. I reckon Daniel Anderson had a real good go at trying to get him to be more restrained, but in the end all he could do was put the brakes on him altogether.

from what i saw inu had some very good touches - i thought it was the best i'd seen him play in several years .... but i guess i don't have an axe to grind with him

And I thought Mateo was massively dangerous and showed why he is mote value at 6.

I watched the game then saw the thread and was pretty surprised tbh. Plenty of sour grapes or what?

Why not?

They were sh*t for us last year when we needed the pair of them to step up. Why the f**k would we want them to play well for someone else?
