Anyone still want to sack Flanno?

That's pretty piss weak.

Most of it is just coach bashing with no substance.

Gorman is an absolute professional, he'd look at that and go "ok then!"

So what's the answer brains? Do we sit back and say nothing? Please point out where I'm wrong.

Played plenty. I've played for many coaches. And I've done my share of coaching from juniors to seniors (not NRL) but it's all relevant to the cattle that are in your team.

Not buying a membership or not going to games is the only way to make an impact. I went to the Canberra game and was bored shitless. I got so little enjoyment out of our team, Flanno was on his last chance with me. I wont go back until Flanno is gone. Hope you're reading Mr Gorman.

I love the 'I won't go while Flanno is coach' line because that'll change things. How fugging ridiculous, all you're hurting is the club you say you support.

Lyall has said it himself - we will all be judged on our results at the end of the year. In other words, if we go shit he is looking down the barrel. It doesn't matter if 1000 or 25,000 turn up each week... And nor should it.

Well I guess that makes you a better supporter than me.

Nothing to do with fanniest fan. If we fill the joint every week and come last, flanno would still be gone.

Tell me I am intrigued
So if they just sack flanno and appoint anyone but flanno that would be the correct thing for them to do and you would again support the team and not seek to participate in a campaign to reduce the clubs income

Have I got that right?

Correct.

He has zapped the interest out of me. I never stopped going. Not with Ando, Raper, Stuart, even pre Asada Flanno. Ill never accept Flanno as coach post Asada. That he is pathetic at his job and makes my team as fun to watch as an Afl game is another nail in his coffin.

I think you could just be over it period. Anderson onwards has been dreadful and finally you like myself and many others have snapped.
I went to Canberra and Titans game. The titans game (lost in last 2 mins) was bad but it turned out like a predictable episode of "The A team", but the 1st game vs. Canberra really tore it for me. After a full off season and they turned up and played predicable crap. Now I see players might have been rusty or finding their feet, but when it is the same 5 hits ups then kick, obviously the coach has done nothing in the off season or his excile other than attending some management courses.
Dark days...almost makes me wish George Roper was back juggling

You could be right. But I still find myself on this forum all the time. I still want to watch the games live on tv. Just cant be arsed going to the game anymore.

Think Flanno lost me when I asked him on a live chat after the first two games why after all off season could he not have the team motivated enough to start the season strongly and his answer was "I dont know".

see link;

read this article and Flanagan's reasons or bulldust response to what happened with Gordon. He cant lie to save his life; my favourite is;
“My text messages to Brad (Arthur) or whoever, they were really clear we don’t want Michael to go this year.
“Maybe the communication lines broke down because my ‘acceptance of the situation’ may have been taken as an ‘approval’. I never gave any approval. I haven’t got the ability to give approval.
“If my ‘appreciation of the situation’ was misinterpreted, I apologise for that, but I never sent any text messages saying we’d release Michael.’’
The "OR WHOEVER" line is from a bloke under particular pressure who wants the whole thing to just go away. With any luck he will.

l live north of a Brissy and bought tix for tonites game. Got them online - $80 for 2.

Not going. Not worried about the money. The effort to drive down and back to watch that game plan engineered by a halfback from 2003?

Broke my spirit when the board backed Dumbo.

My weakness in life. I can't accept fools.

So you got he is lying from stating he is not lying
With Gorman also going on record saying he isn't lying
Both said it to a reporter with a TV camera
Then the Sharks themselves put it in their own website

If lyall is proven to be lying he needs to go to .

when the fugg has that meant anything? Sport, politics - life is always about how you spin it.
Check out Lyalls video and the look over the shoulder from Flanagoon about half way through, it says alot

Whatever they said on camera Gordon was obviously led to believe he was meant to train with Parra and went as far as driving there to begin training.
