Are Penrith a writeoff in 2017?

I am a believer that there is a good chance that the Panthers could be very good in 2 years.
It depends on keeping these young kids in check. I think CRG has the right stuff to have a good attitude. I don't think Cartwright or Moylan does.

The more I hear about Moylan the more I think the sooner he is gone the better Penrith will do, but its also about not letting the young players get too hyped up
