Are Penrith a writeoff in 2017?

They were shit before Cartwright got injured.

They were good when he was out.

Theyve been shit since he came back.
Carts presence has had no effect on form at all.

Edwards comes in and we started winning games. He gets injured and we play our worst game of the year.

He and Moylan are two of our most important players. Without them Cleary is stuck behind a shit forward pack with no assistance making things happen.

Penrith's season.. the best way to sum it up, it's like backing a horse that's stuck 4 pairs back on the pegs and all the jockeys think the better going is 7 and 8 deep on the track, handing them a saloon passage.. because seriously, anyone with a brain knows they've had a dream run with the draw, they barely had to beat a top 8 side in their run of 7 in a row.. Manly? is that it? they beat them with a 14-4 penalty count in their favor
To make the finals, you have to have a certain number of wins. Wins against all teams are worth the same points. The Panthers had one or two wins against the other 7 sides in the 8, depending who makes it today. All true. So why did they make it? I'll tell you, because you seem pretty thick. You have to beat the bottom 8 as well, and the Panthers have scored 13 or 14 wins against them, where sides that didn't make the 8, and some that did, failed against these sides. The draw was pretty cushy, but Parra's was cushier, and the Dragons too.

Can anyone explain what Gould would have seen in Tamou that most of us never have???

700K a season.

FFS that was a waste of cash.

Writeoff theory over...we are in the finals...all 3 grades...only club to have all grades in finals....EAD...rinse and repeat.

Well when you have all of that space minus Blacktown for junior development you should be winning minimum 2 comps a decade without being known as a total failure of an organisation

What's your deal? and there would be several other teams needing kicking out of the comp before us.
Sorry I can't help myself I love to troll Penrith. But only because your fans on here are largely good sports. And I'm still upset over the 2003 GF.

In truth I actually don't mind Penrith - same with the Knights and Tigers - good clubs with passionate down to earth fans.

Are you going to be on the bandwagon once your lot go out in straight sets?

Yes we're a complete write off in 2017. And every game in 2018 (unless it's against the dogs/titans/warriors) untill the club wakes up and sacks that F**ckwit coach.
Jason Taylor = Hook
Robbie Farah = Moylan

And we'll be without the both of them before you know it.
