Done very little. Didn't even manage to get the dead ARL badge off the Aussie jersey.
I will reserve judgement
One thing is clear: Loudstrat is not qualified to work for the ARLC doing anything involving numbers.![]()
There's 7 things to judge them on, plus how they have managed the game thus far.
The building has nothing to do with the IC. It could have and would have happened regardless of the IC forming. And the QRL is not housed in the new building, for obvious reasons, while the NSWRL and CRL were already together at Phillip St. And instead of employees being paid by another company the IC now pays people (appointed by News) instead. So once again, what has the IC done to streamline the admin?
No you wont. Your position is clear.
Spin from rugby union officials? When was the last time you heard anything at all from any rugby union official? They have no profile at all.
What the f**k is kool-aid and what does it have to do with the ARLC?
I asked how the IC had streamlined the admin and all you could come up with was that they were all in one building. Which, as I pointed out, is nothing to do with the IC and would have happened anyway. And you still come back and say that this is why the admin is streamlined. So I can only conclude that what you really mean to say is that the IC has not "streamlined" the admin of the game in any way and people should stop pretending it has.WTF are you going on about.Never said the IC arranged the bloody thing(bldg). The new building houses the I.C and the other bodies admin. There was no IC in Phillip street, just a lot of pies and sauasge rolls when meetings were held between the various RL bodies .Which some claimed were as good as a p*ss up and nibbleathon ,and at times too many agendas.
So all the IC are apointed by News FMD LOL. And the ones who happened to be News nominees do not constitute a majority, when the total IC and others are taken into account. Was the NRL housed in Phillip street ? No.The marketing arm,ref admin etc are house at News studios in Moor Park ATT.
And these News Ltd appointees apparently stooges with no capacity to think for themselves, are going to bend over every time News shouts.Despite the fact they are successful business people in their own rights
Was the marekting arm and ref admin housed in Phillip street? No.they were at Moore Park studios. As are the judiciary meetings.
You asked initially" in what way is the new admin more streamlined than the last" . Not what has the IC streamlined.I gave you the answer, the bodies housed under one roof,QRL is a separate kettle of fish etc ..Now you change it to :" what has the Ic done to streamline the admin ".Changing goal posts.
The function of the IC is policy and structure matters, the streamlining was part of the process to get the IC in place.
It is streamlined by the very structure it now operates by comparrison to the unwieldly past.It is pretty hard to get through, the IC was not established by the IC,but by people dissatisfied with the structure operating at the time. The Ic was considered a far better system. The AFL considers it so.The FFA are considering it and even the ARU has been told to gets its act together.
Please explain how the old set up was streamlined? And how the code since the end of the SL war was running smoothly. And please advise your recommendations for a streamlined admin.Have you been impressed with the way the code is going since 1997,I certainly havn't.
A whole three months, I mean its an eternity.I am happy News is out of it, but some wish to continue using News as an excuse,so be it.
But everything to do with believing the spin.
I asked how the IC had streamlined the admin and all you could come up with was that they were all in one building. Which, as I pointed out, is nothing to do with the IC and would have happened anyway. And you still come back and say that this is why the admin is streamlined. But you haven't responded factually. All you've said is that they are all in one building. But that is not a difference between the old admin and the new because it was not in any way dependent on the IC's introduction. RL HQ was planned before the idea of the IC was even floated. So once again, how is the IC more streamlined than the old admin?I repeat your post of 9th May 6.21pm no 7126
"In what way IS the ARLC more streamlined than the old admin".
I responded accordingly.Shoot me.
While there's no guarantee it will revive a WA-based outfit with expansion, the ALRC has just agreed to fund a permanent development officer in Pilbarra.
Well I know that it's only a couple of months in
But
My resounding question is...what actual REAL power do they have? Apart from hitting a few people over the head with a wet feather, I've found them underwhelming and uninspiring thus far. Maybe I've missed something? Is it the wrong group of people?
Maybe due to the SA Govt reneging on the stadium deal that would have supported more NRL games being played in Adelaide? Poor move but maybe they are trying to send a message?
