Around the Grounds

Seems a bit harsh! 2 NRLW premierships is huge man. That gets them up to a D at least.

Plus, they cleared all our debts right? We have proper training grounds and aren't training at Newy Uni anymore. Plus they bought in the likes of Parr and O'Sullivan. Our home crowd numbers are still top notch.

I think they deserve a C. We were a garbage dump and a half when they first got here.
while all of that is true the only metric is winning and here we are a decade later. There's no prize for pretty training grounds.

Juxtaposed to Penrith in a similar situation to Newcastle . 10 yrs after almost being insolvent they made a GF and are now hoping for a 5th appearance in a row.

Throwing money at the women's team and assembling a winning team is to be commended - Ok I'll give em an F+

Hopefully we can emulate Penrith's success over the next decade. It'd be a huge shame if we never go on a serious title challenge run when we have a Prime Ponga.

If I was Ponga I'd be out the door next contract.

Pains to say it but I see another Gidley, Mullen etc. Kids that gave their career to the club and nothing to show for it, and could have been so much more if they'd taken offers elsewhere.

While I don’t share your sentiment around KP leaving, I would be all for a journalist asking the coach what it is like to have tanked the career of a generational superstar. A player who would make any top four side near unstoppable .

Agreed, I thought he should have gone to the Dolphins last contract tbh. The Hammer is reaping those rewards now.
The club management is unacceptably slow to get it's act together, there is zero sense of urgency to win, and that reflects in the clubs culture and on field performances.

Ponga will be well retired and the club will still not have the fierce determination to be winners, and happy to be making up the numbers.
