Clifford was overrated by our fans. He's temu Burton... who I also think is overrated so maybe there's a theme there, lol.

I still reckon Fogarty would have been a decent get for us depending on price. One of the better kicking games in the comp.

100% Fogarty isn’t super dynamic but he kicks better than most halves in the NRL. If you’ve got a bunch of dangerous ball runners in other key positions (which the Raiders certainly do) then he’s an excellent halfback for that sort of spine because he puts the ball in the right spot every time and helps them control the game.

If they go onto win this it will be a good opportunity for us to see where we’re at against the only undefeated team (after Melbourne’s bizarre loss to the Dragons).

We tried to sign him out of the Q Cup before we signed Pearce.

He was playing at Burleigh and I believe Rick Stone tried to lean on him via the Bears.

Came for a tour and everything, apparently we were close but ultimately he was living on the GC and decided to stay with the Tits.

He would have been a good fit, would still be here.
