It is the powers that be allow them to get away with illegal tactics. Wayne called them out a few years back for loitering to block kick pressure, and was 100% right. They cannot cope with fast edge play. That is obvious.

It would be nice to be able to slot in a 350game veteran at half-back and still have a million dollar fullback after loosing your marquee 6 and 7.
