Oh I'm barely even attempting
Lmfao. What an oxymoron.
, sweetie.
It’s okay if you swing that way but I don’t buddy.
Besides, need I remind you of your own trolling in many threads because you can't handle anything other than your own opinion?
Now you’re just repeating what I’ve said to you. Ironic.
Once again, come back when you've got something of value to add
I won’t be taking direction from the likes of you.

Probably be

1 Weatherald
2 Usman
3 Marnus
4 Smudge
5 Head
6 Green
7 catfish
8 starc
9 lyon
10 haze
11 Boland

A proper genuine tail ugh

If Haze pulls up lame and killer already ruled out Neser will slide in above Starc.

England have received a major injury scare ahead of the Ashes after quick Mark Wood experienced stiffness in his left hamstring during their only warm-up match in Perth.

Wood had bowled two four-over spells against the Lions at Lilac Hill in his first competitive match in nine months since surgery on his left knee. He left the field after his second four-over spell midway through the second session.

Can see Weatherald being an Adam Lyth/George Bailey one series wonder. Just don’t think he’s a Test cricketer. Would’ve much preferred Renshaw.

Both have their weaknesses. Both have been through shit form and come out the other side, which is a plus.

Weatherald being more attacking probably got him the gig. Renshaw can still get bogged down, probably not the best partner for Uzi who is horrible for that too at times.

I think in 2025 Weatherald could be a test cricketer. We're not exactly in an era of Hayden and Langer and Sehwag and Graeme Smith etc anymore

As weird as it is to stay I'd be happy with openers that can get through 15 overs at this point. I don't even care about runs, give Smith a fair chance for once

Sounds sad talking about a guy getting to 30 as some milestone. But its 2025.

Zac Crawley is a 31.5 average opener of 59 tests. That is his level.

How the hell did he almost score a double test ton against us is beyond me

Stokes despite the only one on tour with a test ton down under, averages 28.61 in Australia in 9 tests

Never mind that. The bowling?

I like that England have picked some quicker blokes. Some concern over Wood but that might be media wind piss. But Archer not playing much first class? Botham has said it out loud already, the preparation doesn't seem right. Overall things don't sound too crash hot.

Ollie Robinson playing for USYD is no surprise haha. He is the back up pacemen to the squad. You could say an industry plant. Bottom line we all know why he is there. He is England's insurance and the proud establishment of USYD have facilitated this to happen. Investigation required? Someone call Geoff Toovey.
