I completely agree with you there. But something else I did consider last night, should this kind of competition really be open to professionals? I believe Anthony has been trained up for years under Johnny Young and what not, so he's about as professional as it gets.

I don't know why a professional performer would need to be in a singing contest to prove themselves.

Funny, I thought you voted for the guy with an average and over-trained voice, who'd never heard of Rolling Stone or listened to Beatles songs, and had all the charisma of a hotel teapot.

Very true, from birth his parents tried to manufacture him into being the next superstar of world music and too think the only way they could even come close to achieving that is by putting him up for Aussie Idol 2 - What happened to 1 ???
