Must have been a good knock by Phil Jacques.

Yeah, pity he hasnt got any support from the other batsmen. Hopefully Bracken and co can hang around for a while in support.

Remember his name as he is a star in the makings.

Hopefully our bowlers can cause the same amount of damage when they bowl.

Dont worry Mitchell Johnson can bat. He has already got a 50 in state cricket. Braken has nothing.

Why is Bracken batting above him? I also heard Cullen could bat a bit like a mini Dizzy.

The problem with the future of Australia is that we have skipped a generation of players because of the dominance of our team. Players like Watson, Hussey etc have not been given a chance at test level to learn and become better. You can only learn so much from country cricket and pura cup.

Watson needs to learn to bowl with variation before I will ever consider him a test player. There is no point bowling 140kmph if they go gunbarrell straight. They are perfect for hitting out of the ground! Hussey is a good player, so is Jacques, So is Hauritz so the future is bright!

Well Hauritz has a long way back to the top. He first needs to make the QLD first team, then Aus A. Seems very far away :D

Who knows, cricket is a funny game, this form slump could be just the thing Hauritz needs to make him pull his finger out and become a world class bowler. It could also be he is just average and will remain that way.
