60/0 in the 11th over...

Obviously haven't seen anything, but will assume Baz is going ok...

fair start to the tour. 106/0 off 21 overs at lunch...

I am assuming the wicket's pretty flat?

The last few yrs the pitch has been pretty placid and good for batting. Early doors it was more a bowlers wicket but the track has settled down.

Pattinson and Hilfy the pick of the quicks so far. Bailey's captaincy is very questionable IMO.

It really is a disgrace that we don't even have radio coverage of this. CA need to pull their finger out.

Wipe that day out for the bowlers, McCullum's brilliant innings threw all of them off. tomorrow (weather permitting) should give us a better idea of which bowler is ready to make that step up.

Yep agreed. When McCullum is on he is hard to stop.

Better day for the bowlers. Starc doing what he always does. Patterson manages to bowl a tailender.

Typical effort from us tbh... not really rubbing it in and going on when we should... hopefully they'll step up for the tests... I worry about Ryder's lack of cricket... could be an interesting test series, two pretty limited teams... while Aust is always the favourite, we could give some cheek

Bracewell is an interesting one, lives up to the family name, for sure

9/416, shame the middle order didnt kick on like they should have.

Bracewell showing his all rounder skills, loved how he carted Cutting after his talk up to the media. 66*, Martin is in so wont last to much longer. Will be interesting to see how the bowlers go.
