I was asking myself the same question this morning. I think it is because we have no idea how to pace a 50 over match.

We lost 10 for 220 odd in our last 44 overs on that deck. Lol.

6 for 49 off the last 10, we have no finisher in the side.

We covered our arses in the world cup because Finch and Warner fired up top Starc is pretty bloody good. Carey also had an excellent tournament but has since gone back to plod.

We've been a poor ODI side since after the 2015 WC.

Picking bludgers like agar and Marsh isn't helping.

Not too fussed about ODIs for now

We are heading in the right direction in test cricket, that's the main thing

Plus a bonus doing well in t20 considering the WC is on home soil in 7 months time

The Chappell Hadlee series squad will be interesting

So we have a dead rubber coming up, we probably need 1 or 2 guys outside the openers who can go big at run a ball once they get a solid start, which hasn't been happening

Huh? Australia isn't good at T20,they have never won a T20 World Cup and they also have a losing head to head record in T20's against India,Pakistan and West Indies

We are also 8-8 against Sri Lanka in T20's which is awfully close to another losing head to head record,Australia are trash at T20
