Mikail are most of these young blokes PNG residents, are any tied to NRL clubs and presently what systems are they coming out of.

1. Altop Naiyep is contracted Manly Sea Eagles.
13. Jared Horne is contracted to the Broncos. He is the younger brother of current Kumul Liam Horne.
16. Philip Coates is also contracted to the Broncos. He is Xavier Coates younger brother.
19. Zac Kumbamong is contracted to the Gold Coast Titans.

The rest are from the PNG NRL Bid Academy which was started last year and held its first championship tournament in July this year.

There were other players in other NRL Club systems including Marcus Bai's 2 boys who were not selected as they were both injured recently.

Also Sam Stephenson who played for the Junior Kumuls last year will this time around be playing for the Australian Junior team.

And Finely Glare who was hooker for the Junior Kumuls last year will be playing Five-eight for the senior mens PNG Prime Ministers XIII.

Appreciate that mate, really interesting, I suspect this is just the tip of the iceberg for kids coming out of your country. Exciting times.
