Yah he was hopeless,i don't back favs so wasn't on it anyways.

Was on Fell Swoop so I collected a bit on the place anyway and had a bit on the quinella with Chatauqua. Won a motza on Winx and had a standout trifecta with Winx (*) into Happy Clapper, Azkadellia & Bow Creek, so I collected enough on the race.

Winx is entering the "Sunline class"..

Rivo Boy couldn't accelerate with Yankee Rose & Telperion but was as strong as anything over the last furlong, he looks a real Randwick horse..he went up the rise like it was flat..Very promising..

Wondering if Newhaven & Gai will take English over for Royal Ascot..it'll be a live chance if they do..

Tavago won the derby as easily as Mongolian Khan did..

Winx is a great great mare but sometimes we get caught up in the moment and forget how truly great Sunline was,carrying 58kg in the 2002 Doncaster and beating the likes of the brilliant Defier who was carrying 51.5kg,that's just a ridiculous win,must also remember in 2002 Sunline was past her prime.

Vergara who ran 4th in Winx's Doncaster on the weekend would have run last in Sunline's 2002 Doncaster such was the quality of the field.


Winx is great but Sunline was on a whole other level imo.

How the hell do you carry 58kg and beat Defier carrying 51.5kg,that's insane,admittedly he had a wide trip in that race but still this is the same Defier who went on and beat Lonhro 4 or 5 times.

Very tough day with Winx out,

Leaning towards Grand Marshall in the Sydney Cup just, that race is a lottery. I have 3 bets already on the QE so they will be the ones I'll stick with- Preferment, Criteron, & Happy Clapper. Might save on Awesome Rock on the day depending on the track. This day is usually putrid, so I'm probably only going to have a few bets, have a couple of quaddies and just leave it at that. Next Saturday looks a better card.

in the oaks, Diamond Made, one of the owners told me a few weeks ago to back her in a Kembla race, at 6-1 ,trying to get to the Oaks. told a few mates and it run motherless last. last week it wins the last in sydney at 70-1. fmd. now 34-1, at least he said they are trying
