American stallions go okay over here except if they win the Kentucky Derby..
We've had plodders like Thunder Gulch, Real Quiet, Fu Peg, Smarty Jones & Big Brown all pollute our gene pool with their Homer Simpson like jizz..

Street Sense was going well until Darley stopped shuttling him..
I see Coolmore aren't shuttling American Pharoah..
:lol::lol: Helmet not going much better, what crop of Plodders.Did ya see that Sepoy horse at Newcastle today(Birdsong),played up big time and didn't wanna go into the barriers, eventually went in and than missed the kick, started fav, faded into about 5th lol
Sepoy and Smart Missile coming to a garage sale near you, make a great pet for the whole family.
:lol::lol: Helmet not going much better, what crop of Plodders.
The mighty Zavite would offer more then those plodders.:lol:True
A gelding would do better at stud than those 3
The mighty Zavite would offer more then those plodders.
:shock:Vancouver and Pride of Dubai
Bruh did you see No Nay Never at 11k,very very interesting, those American stallions do well down here,he was a gun speedster,he could very well be a sneaky stallion to keep an eye on
It's big dough, but considering Pierro was 77 grand & ATH 66 grand, it's just about par for the course ATM..
True dat homeboy.. The last Joburg to come and stand here though was Henny Hughes and he got dropped faster than a knick through to Matthew Wade.
Plod plod plod
True but Pierro did win the triple slam of 2yo Sydney grp1s only absolute champions colts have done that and all have turned into champion stallions, plus his biggest asset is he is free of Danzig/Danehill so has that appeal to the vast proportion of the broodmare band.
ATH was a multiple stakes winning 2yo, then went on with it to win multiple Grp 1s at three including at WFA. Mainly though he is a half bro to Black Caviar which reads pretty good on a resume.
Vancouver was a champion 2yo but has literally done nothing since. Big risk taking him to Aiden O'Brien imo, obviously if he can win a good race over there then he can become a shuttler but if he flops (and plenty have) that will be the last thing Aussie breeders will remember and then you a staring down at 66k fee
I know I have a biased man crush on So You Think but look at what he has done in his career and he has already got better 2yo results then the three amigos Sepoy/Smart Missile/Helmet and you can get him for under 50
No winners for So You Think out here yet from not many runners but there doing exactly what we would hope for, finishing powerfully late with a sign that says "wait until i turn 3 cutie" written all over it
Not sure but i did back him that day

 Bring back Distinctly Secret. What a beast
Bring back Kaapstad Way
Pardon my ignorance, but why is arteficial insemination not used in race horse breeding?
