Looking ar the playing jersey Maybe there should be sentence (plark) under the neck above the red V commerating the 100 years.
eg like the Raiders jersey for 2020 commerating Don Furners Passing - IT was well done
But as we all know that white space is for some clown to put his company name in and spoil the estetics

This is the emblem that I would very much like to see on the Dragons jersey . The old classic St.George and the Dragon insignia - it is so much more appealing than what is in use now .

That's the emblem they are using for the centenary of the St George District Rugby League club.

There is ZERO chance that will be used for the St George Illawarra Dragons. Pretty sure there is something in the agreement of the joint venture about the logo. The updated St George and Dragon which was introduced in the 80's is a much more detailed and better designed emblem for the modern era.

Personally, I think our logo is one of the best if not the best in the league. It's classic and modern at the same time. It's an emblem more so than a logo. No cartoony mascots, very clean and precise. I hope it never changes.

Illawarra would need to be added to the insignia - as it is now , however Shaun where’s your taste man ? You cannot see the beauty of the curved lines in the older more classical emblem , rather than the drip-drop of lines of the current one ?

Oh don't get me wrong, I LOVE the classical emblem from before the 80s. I am pumped as to get onto some of the centenary gear with that badge!

My point was really how our current logo is more appropriate for this modern era while still having a classic look.
