We have gone from being the inch d!ks in the NRL to the Subway 12 inches.

Don't know who we are playing at home next year to start off the season as the draw hasn't been released this year. But if it's not close to a sell out there's something wrong.

The thing about next year is no pressure. No team has gone back to back since 92-93. If we go out then the "it's hard to win two in a row" will come out. All good.

What's more of a worry is if we crash Souths style after the GF win...

Souths started the next season on fire.

They thought they'd won the comp in March. As soon as their intensity dropped, they got run over.

Teams are gunning for the premiers, it's harder to win every game.

Combined with the (subconscious) drop in desire to win the comp & that's why Back To Back never happens.

If Flanno gets us up to even make the grand final, it would be nearly as remarkable as actually winning this year.

A big ask without that same burning passion to get the breakthrough and no Ennis. 12 is key position in modern game. We have the added confidence and experience, but really depends on moulding a replacement 12. Cherrington I'm not so sure. Bailey looks the goods for the near future. 2017, Cook?

Think we should make the Prelims again, and take it from there. This trophy is the best. But not enough. I have faith in Gorman, Flanno and the club.

This is the Club's biggest challenge in the off season.

I will say though the Grand Final win will bring a significant confidence to our team.

Crowds will also be significantly higher next year. The GF win will bring so many positives to the Club next year.

We might get some more Friday night games now...

Couldn't give a fugg what happens now.
Come and see me in March, then ill see how I am. Nice thing is more tv games, means less for me at the games. Ive done my time, by the look of it, theres plenty of others that can fill the void now.
I noticed on Sunday night post game in the wee small hours of the morning, how many faces I didn't know or in fact had ever seen before.
