Damn you brook! Balmain won both jersey flegg and premier league

Jersey Flegg started off pretty well for the Knights. They jumped out to a 12-0 lead early with trys to Tremain-Canon and Perrin and I was stoked at this point then the Tigers started to get some good ball and everything went downhill from there. Two quick tries to Alberts and one to Nash levelled the scores. Kmet was having a shocker with the boot and got the arse soon after with Nowland taking over. The Knights crossed in the corner just before half-time with a nicely weighed grubber from D!ckson with Mulville touching down with the 4 pointer. The Knights went into half-time with a 18-12 lead.

The second half was dominated by the Tigers with tries to Alberts, Pangi x2, Schulz x 2 and Nash. The Knights got a consolation try to Monu late in the game. Final score was 46-24 to the Tigers.

The best for the Tigers were Alberts although he went off injured after scoring his third try with a calf injury, Harper was strong, Nowland was dangerous and Gower went well. Hunter I think played premier league and so did Chapman, Bryan D*ckson didn't play.

Best for the Knights were Hinton, Ryan D*ckson did some pretty good things and Perrin tried all day.

Premier league was a lot closer although the Tigers lost a number of players before the game including Pethybridge, Simpkins, Heighington, Isakka and Rawlins. Wilson, Lima and Harrison all played. The Tigers started well with Small getting a good offload to Farah who crossed for a try. The Knights hit back with a try to Brown. The Knights then crossed again through Tanner who had his shorts ripped from his arse in the process. The Knights were leading 12-6. Luke Branighan scored on debut after a nice break from Farah who grubbered, pick up and passed to Branighan to score under the posts. The Tigers went into the break with a 18-12 lead. The Knights scored after half-time through Mueller after a great break from Briggs but then the Knights fell apart with the Tigers crossing for tries to Samia x 2, Kelly, Awahau and I think Carney.
The Tigers ended up winning 34-22. Best for the Tigers were Small, Lima and Samia. Best for the Knights were Briggs, Tilse and Bartlett.

The highlight of the game was my mate who is a diehard Tigers supporter who got up from his seat to abuse the ref and overbalanced and fell over the seats in the row in front of us and got stuck in between the seats. That was some funny sh*t.

Thanks for the reports - good to see the flegg boys hitting some form, especially missing hunter who has been our best this year. Huge congrats to dave pangai who has now scored 4 trys in only two jersey flegg games :)
