WHERE THE HELL IS MICK HARPER????

Mick Harper has been signed by North Sydney Bears, also Joel Rawlins is returning to the Bears.

I'm pleased to read how well you rate Harper. Do you have any other info on either of these players?

What the hell? jesus christ how did we let him go to NORTHS? He was in line for an NRL berth this year and they can't give him that...

Took the words right out of my mouth - Does that mean I should have a soft spot for Norths now

Also from Micks point of view this would be a bloody good moving considering the forwards the Storm have lost and the ones they will loose over the next 2yrs - that might of been his reason behind wanting out :evil:

Harper won't go missing I have rated this kid for a while now.

He is in the Willie Mason mould but fitter and faster. he will tackle his heart out all day and do 2-3 hitups each set of six whilst playing the majority of the game (does tend to play the full match length)

His only problem IMO was because of his size he is able to offload the ball but at times he can try this far too many times and this area of his game it is clear he needs to work on but apart from that he is a bloody good snatch

ON Rawlins well I guess you have to take the good with the bad ;-)

Samia and Kelly where never under contract however I would take those 2 over Caine and Prince any day!

Sorry to bring this old thread back up but saw something interesting. Aku Uate trialled for the tigers 2005 sg ball team and was not picked up, potential big mistake there…
