Trust me Ron, you aint missing much with poison, when a support band like Roxus pretty much blows you off stage, you got problems.....

This gig was in 89, with 2 albums behind them, they played 11 songs, there were more pointless CC dVille solos than songs.

Roxus played a solid set that night and were more entertaining, NO bullsh*t!

wasp, ratt, poison, whitesnake, Motely crue & cheap trick.

I've seen Whitesnake and Motley.

Unfortunatelt Coverdale was losing his voice that night, plus they had Adrian Vandenberg (who is still very good) instead of Steve Vai.

Then again, I saw Vai at Selinas so that made up for it.

I'm interviewing Rob Halford next week - should be interesting.

Wolfmother were on at my local rsl, before anyone knew who they were, i had no intention of paying $22 to see a band ive never heard before, the banner looked like they were a goth band, so i was like yeah right.

f**k me, I should of went, I live in the Country, and never in a million years will they come back, now that they are huge.

Thin Lizzy - preferably the 78/79 line-up that had Gary Moore and Scott Gorham
Winner,winner chicken dinner!
You can tell from albums like Live and Dangerous just how awesome one of their concerts would have been.
The other one for me is hands down The Clash. While I just missed seeing them I at least have seen both Joe Strummer (with the Mescaleros) and Mick Jones (with BAD) live.
Agree with others here that Dead Kennedys/LARD(anything with Jello) would be one hell of a show.
Finally, the late, great Tom Petty. When he last toured here I was overseas (Hungary).

ABBA, my merkin of a father could have easily got tickets for me when they toured Australia but decided it was funnier seeing me disappointed just because he didn't like them at the time.

Electric Light Orchestra or the current Jeff Lynnes ELO which is winding up in a few months. Jeff Lynne was my bucket list artist but its not going to happen now 😐
